ok so i am desperatly trying to loose weight, ive los tmy 5lbs for the week and i can see the inches comeing off, but like i weighed my slef yesterday and i was 172 didnt do anyhting different, my messurments are still the same but my weight went up to 175? could that jsut be water weight????
