Tuesday, April 15th, 2008OK Folks, First time doing a "BLog" so if you would like to share your critics and comments be my guest.
I’ve been lifting now for about 1 yr (maybe more but just got more seriuos about it a year ago) and one thing I’ve always enstilled in myself is "Gym Etiquet". I workout at the local YMCA 4 days a week and I am always aware of the things I do, for instance; Dont do 10 sets of 12 reps on the only flat bench when there are several other folks waiting. Let some one jump in a set, maybe spot if needed, dont keep the bench to yourself. Dont leave your sweaty ass imprint on a machine, wipe it down after your done. Bring your own water bottle, dont take some one elses then try to give it back after you drink out of it, IDIOT! AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAN…PLEASE…PLEASE…wear some fricken underware or a jock strap or somthing under your loose ass fitting shorts, mainly if you feel like your going to be a nice guy and spot some one on the decline bench! As I’m laying there gettting ready to blast a shit load of plate and ask you for a spot, I sure as hell dont want to see your sack flippen around over top of my face, that just aint right!
