my abs are slowly coming along but not as good as most teens on this site i think. i want them to be more defined like say Addicted_1990 or nuttybl.
also i have no weights and need suggestions on how to build my back, pecs shoulders etc. push up, chin ups?

Been told to do a thing on my abs. I think that there not that good and need a big improvement. Any comments about them are welcome.
My ab workout is as follows:
Tuesday, Tursday and Saturday
3 sets of 30 airbike
3 sets of 15 crunches
3 sets of 15 decline crunches
3 sets of 15 obliques crunches
Ay suggestion on how i can improve them?
