"I reached my first goal on April 17th 20lbs, now down with the remaining pounds!!!! I want to get down to 165. I don't have a target goal date, bc that killed my progress with the last goal. I will just keep eating right and exercising!"

Oh, boy, this is my first full week of working out. I worked out 1 day last week and 3 days this week. 2days strength training, and 1 day cardio. Since its winter, I will have to find some cardio I can do inside, just in case it is 0 degrees outside like it was today. Saturday, I think I was really pushing it because after my workout, I felt like I had to really throw up!!! All of my friends who work out said that this is both normal and good, but I was like: "I don’t know!"
lol. I also did very well with my weightwatchers program this week and besides being very sore, I actually feel very good!

I actually got a little discouraged on Friday when I went to my spinning class. I had never taken spinning and the instructor told me to concentrate on finding the beat to the song and peddling to it. I did and was feeling really good. Worked up a good sweat, but then I tried to stand and peddle with the rest of the group and my knew jumped out of place on the bike. I didn’t realize I should have had my braces on, even on the bike. Well when I went back to Powerflex on Friday, my knees felt much better with the leg work, when I had my braces on.
