My Mornings
Thursday, May 21st, 2009My alarm goes off at 5am each morning so i can have some time to myself before the hectic rush of my day..but lately..with my struggling motivation..instead of crawling out of bed on time..i look over and it is at least 6am..that means i am frickin hitting the snooze button for up to an HOUR some mornings..not good. So today i still hit snooze..but still managed to find time to get a full 30 minutes of exercise in..other than just taking a walk outside..that is the longest i have actually worked out AT HOME in over a month!! But i have to say i really wanted to go longer..actually felt the drive like i do when i am in the gym, but time ran out on me. It is just amazing though how my attitude changes when i make time for myself in the morning..so to some of my early morning chat friends out there..sorry i wont be around much anymore (mornings at least) as i HAVE to get a workout in every morning in order to get myself on track. My thoughts r if i can cut back on at least one snooze each week..i will have a whole hour session each morning real soon, and then i can still have gym time or walking time in the evening. AND, once my eating is totally back on track, i know i wont be as tired anyways..so this should work out great!!
