Timing
Wednesday, February 4th, 2009I am finally back on track with my diet..my workouts have been increasing almost everytime i am in the gym but food will always be my struggle, so let’s hope i dont slip again. With my focus back, i may not be spending quite as much time on here..but i will try, as most of u r such great motivators, support and inspiration for me. Lately though, it seems more and more of the pms or comments i receive r asking me why i dont write back more and why i am avoiding..please remember that there is only so much time i can write back..if u have sent me a pm and i dont respond within a day or two, good chance i just wont, and i am sorry..been really trying to keep up with the comments, but not always the pms. And honestly, lately i have really been a bit overwhelmed with both trying to focus on training and keeping up with messages. So please send me motivation, but not the accusations or guilty emails as timing is a huge deal for me to keep this crazy thing called life in balance. Thanks for understanding!!
