Super Sunday

Had the most exercise in one day ever yesterday..and I must admit it felt awesome!!

~ 2 thirty minute sessions on my recumbant..even increased the tension on the second ride

~ 1 forty minute brisk walk (between rain storms)

~ 15 minute arm routine

~ 15 minute light cardio dvd

 

Fitting In

So, I started checking out a friend’s site a few months back, he encouraged me to get my own, but I just did not think I would "fit in" here.  But, wow..I have to admit that I am overwhelmed by the response and support from all of you here.  It has been 10 days since starting this site and I am totally more focused than I have ever been before with exercise and doing this for the "right" reasons. Well, some of my reasons are based in naughtiness..it is ultimately a quest to be more physical.  Not wanting to loose my girlie softness, but needing to tone and have the strength to move and keep up with any training partners I may find.  Oh, and the bb gods deleted a few of my default pics..lol..so maybe they don’t think I fit in, but thank u to all of u for ur continued motivation, support and friendship.  Sexy hard bodies helping me..mmmm..what more could a girl ask for??

First Tuesday

Since I have been trying to loose weight, I have picked Tuesdays as my weigh in day..so saidly I have to report that I am bummed..finally extra focused on weightloss and wouldn’t you know it..my first Tuesday on here and I gained..thankfully it wasn’t a full pound..but it ticked me off..next Tuesday WILL show progress..thanks to my new support system!! I never ever before even discussed weight issues with anyone, so the idea of keeping myself accountable on here every Tuesday will help me for sure.

Nearly a setback

Yesterday was my day for major exercise and as I was heading outside to begin..I twisted/possibly sprained my ankle going down the steps..dumb move, but it really bummed me out..so I hobbled back inside and pouted the rest of the night..today I basically told myself no use worrying about what I ate since I couldn’t exercise..but even with that excuse, I still ate better than I expected..and I still got my butt down and did 50 crunches and some leg lifts..couldn’t flex my right foot, but could still move the rest of my leg, so I feel like I avoided a huge setback in my journey to weightloss.
