Day went good. Got in and out of the gym in 45 min. Killed Chest and have eatin clean all day. One more meal do go at 11 tonight. Can’t wait till tomorrow.
I’m starting a Mass Building training and diet program tomorrow. Going to eat nothing but Sweet Potatos, Steak, Chicken, Turkey, Tuna, Egg Whites, Yogurt, PB, Fruit & Veggies with a few other things, along with my protein. Gona go real Heavy and hope to add 10lbs of Muscle and then try to build up from there. Can’t wait till tomorrow.
I woke up this morning, and could barely walk. I killed legs, on Wednesday and am feeling the affects today. I’m not bitching, but damn walking like a penguin is embarrising. Three day split this week Push muscles on Monday, Pull Tuesday and Legs on Wednesday and then repeating it all again finishing on Saturday. I’m staying positive though about being sore all over…It’s just means that I’m alive and doing something worthwhile. God Bless and Good Luck to everyone.
So I’ve been hittin the weights really hard the last two weeks, but today I just felt tired the second I woke up. I contemplated if I would workout today, and finally decided that I’m not going to, but after looking at all these people on bodyspace…I realize I can’t let the negative creep in. I gotta keep pushing. So I’m headed to the Gym in five to hit Legs & Calves.
