Well I told myself including everyone else on here that at the end of 12 weeks I would put my progress pics up and my computer has 4 viruses on it that will barely let me pull up the internet let alone anything else. I have been using my mother in-laws computer, but can’t transfer the pics on it. The way I see it as I just finished week 13 is that whenever I do get them on here I will look that much more improved…I hope.

So I did Max-ot for 10 weeks and have now switched it up to my own workout of 8-12 reps and the pump I get is incredible. I call it the "blow it up" workout and it incorporates the same exercises as in Max-OT but just bumps up the reps, and man I feel like a rejuvenated person. I’m even more excited to lift. Well one more week and I promised myself I’d have enough balls to put some progress pics on here and finally show myself, so I’m really trying to make each workout more intense so I can be proud of the progress I’ve made and hopefully get some positve feedback.
