Going on Week 4 Baby

Hell ya I sit here finnaly relaxing a bit on a Saturday, and figure I would write about my progress. Well in Three weeks time doing Max-OT Training and Cardio. I have improved in every lift including the ones listed on my bodyspace, just check it out. I am now really getting into eating the right way. I stocked up on Tuna, Oatmeal, Fruit, Water, Yogurt, Kashi Bars and Protein. In the last three weeks I have felt more energetic, Healthy, no heartburn when I eat now, and I’m getting bigger and stronger. To everyone at BB.COM keep it up. I am aiming to achieve what most of the guys…and gals have achieved when it comes to overall strength and looks. Good luck, God Bless and keep lifting Hard and Heavy.

2 weeks and excited.

I joined this site a day before I started my workouts on Mar. 31st. I have been doing Max-OT for two weeks along with cardio, finally taking supplements and trying to eat right and loving it. I have gotten some comments already about my arms, and the girl thats there in the morning thought it was great I was going twice a day. Lift in the morning, Cardio at night. I’m not going to stop this time. I’m incredibally motivated and it’s all possible cause of God and commitment. I’m writing this in hopes that if someone else is thinking of quiting..don’t do it. You’ll regret it. I have two kids and work for the Railroad as a conductor so if you know anything about the Railroad you realize I never sleep and I’m never home, but I’m doing it at what ever Gym in what ever state I’m in. I’m going to post my progress picks at the end of week 12. Later and God Bless everyone.
