Going on Week 4 Baby
Saturday, April 19th, 2008Hell ya I sit here finnaly relaxing a bit on a Saturday, and figure I would write about my progress. Well in Three weeks time doing Max-OT Training and Cardio. I have improved in every lift including the ones listed on my bodyspace, just check it out. I am now really getting into eating the right way. I stocked up on Tuna, Oatmeal, Fruit, Water, Yogurt, Kashi Bars and Protein. In the last three weeks I have felt more energetic, Healthy, no heartburn when I eat now, and I’m getting bigger and stronger. To everyone at BB.COM keep it up. I am aiming to achieve what most of the guys…and gals have achieved when it comes to overall strength and looks. Good luck, God Bless and keep lifting Hard and Heavy.
