I have been way too busy with work (I sound like someone who does not make fitness a priority) and have been eating like a pig. NOW it is time for redemption. When it&#8217;s time to measure the body fat, which I&#8217;m not anticipating much change, I hope it doesn&#8217;t increase. I&#8217;ll be devistated. Just thought I&#8217;d put that out there. One week and a half to go!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m close to finishing out 3 weeks of strength training and I&#8217;m so pissed. I look at everyone&#8217;s updated photos and I&#8217;m ready to start burning the fat. Being at 14% and knowing you were once 6% (or 8%, can&#8217;t remember the exact number but it was one of the two) is a drag. I vowed to myself that I would take it slow and then turn it up once my body was used to the various motions of weight lifting. I&#8217;m so pumped and ready to begin my 12 week workout. As promised, I&#8217;ll post new pics before I start. I don&#8217;t think they will be too much different than what I have up already, but we&#8217;ll see. I hope to drop to at least 9-10% after the 12 weeks. Wish me luck! Is it me, or does waiting to burn fat suck?

Just a reminder, stay away from the love potions (chocolates, cookies, cakes, etc.).

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been taking the Animal products (Pak, Stak 2, and Pump) for a week now and I can truly see the difference. I don&#8217;t get paid to promote any product so if I&#8217;m saying it works, I mean just that. I am aware that different supplements have different effects on each individual. Let me also say that my body does accept what I put into it pretty easily. But enough about me and my genetics; this stuff is truly amazing. I went from doing 2 sets of 6 reps with 225 to doing 2 sets of 8. And most importantly I feel like I can do more (I&#8217;ll find out next week). I&#8217;ll keep you guys posted. Also note that at this point in my training I am looking for strength only. I feel that my size is appropriate for my frame and will begin the cutting phase in 3 weeks. Happy Lifting!!!
