Coming along…
Tuesday, January 23rd, 2007Things are starting to get better. My workout partner finally has a schedule similar to mine so I can really lift heavy now. It felt good to throw up 225 with ease for 8 reps before feeling any muscle fatigue. 2 more months of training this (varying the exercises of course) and I’m on my way to the 12 week plan that had me at 167 with 6 or 8% body fat. Only this time, I’ll keep it that way with the exception that I don’t want to go any lower than 175 lbs.
