It starts now…
I have taken the firt step to defining my body. As of yesterday, I am now shooting towards actually lowering my body fat. My workout routine consists of medium to high intensity using only dumbbells. Also, I am now adding cardio to my workouts with a clean diet. Basically, I’m consuming high protein, complex carbs, and low good fats. Any suggestions on meal recipes would definitely help. I’ll post new pics soon to show the best progress.
