Is it just me?…
I’m close to finishing out 3 weeks of strength training and I’m so pissed. I look at everyone’s updated photos and I’m ready to start burning the fat. Being at 14% and knowing you were once 6% (or 8%, can’t remember the exact number but it was one of the two) is a drag. I vowed to myself that I would take it slow and then turn it up once my body was used to the various motions of weight lifting. I’m so pumped and ready to begin my 12 week workout. As promised, I’ll post new pics before I start. I don’t think they will be too much different than what I have up already, but we’ll see. I hope to drop to at least 9-10% after the 12 weeks. Wish me luck! Is it me, or does waiting to burn fat suck?
