I forgot to mention…
I jumped on the scale today for the first time in a few weeks. And was I shocked! 185! I’ve been eating clean 90% of the time and I’m hoping it’s not fat. I’ve gotten stronger but I don’t think that I’m that much bigger. My arms have increased but that’s all that I have noticed. I’m scared now. When it’s time to measure the body fat, which I’m not anticipating much change, I hope it doesn’t increase. I’ll be devistated. Just thought I’d put that out there. One week and a half to go!
