Time in Gym - 45 minutes
Body Parts - Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Rode my bike for 15 miles this morning.
Well the good thing about being sick this week is that it helped me make my weight just in time, last couple of days my calories have prob been close to 1200 a day and I could tell when I stepped on the scale today, 180Lbs.:)
Was a good arm workout today and a good end the the BFL challenge. I really messed up this past winter bulking up putting on way too much fat, didn’t get to where I wanted but it’s a start. I’m somewhat satisfied with my progress but still wanting more. Legs, chest arms and back are okay but still need to drop some BF to get them abs coming through. Guess that’s gonna be my gaol for the rest of the summer, maybe get down to 175Lbs. and see how things look.
