ive been eating as much as i could for the past couple days, its been working out well but im gonna start counting calories again cause i dont think im getting 4000 a day….I think i just bumper up my calories too quickly and thats why it was so difficult. Im going to see how much i eat tomorrow naturally, then go up 500 calories a week until im at 4000…ill be bulking until march or 20% bodyfat so if it takes a month to get to 4000 calories, then so be it…I have plenty of time

Since I started on July 3rd I am pretty happy with how well I’m doing, I only didnt reach my goal on one non workout day. I may have had a little too much fat on a couple of days, but I don’t feel as though that is a big deal. Looking at my progress through the last month, I have made some great strength gains, which I feel have a lot to do with bulking. It’s getting pretty difficult to eat enough protein and I have to work hard to shovel all of this food down, but it’s necessary for my growth. I gained 5 lbs within days of bulking, and since then I’ve gained maybe a half pound, but a half pound a week while bulking doesnt sound too bad to me at all, I’m looking foward to a great winter of training!

I have recently made the decision to start bulking, it will officially commence when I get my supplements. I realize that this is a somewhat unorthodox time to start bulking, but I didn’t get to where I wanted to be at this summer with my body so I decided to just forget about looking good this summer and just look foward to next summer. I ordered whey protein, cassein protein, a multi-vitamin, N.O. Shotgun, and BCAA’s and they will show up in 2-5 business days, at that time I will go on a 4000 calorie 50/30/20 diet which will add up at 500g carbs, 300g protein, and 100g fat. I’m looking foward to busting through a couple playeau’s as well as seeing bigger gains. Only time will tell how this will shape my body, but I’m looking foward to the change.
