I GO IN FROM OFFSHORE THIS MORNING. I WILL GO HOME,TAKE A POWER NAP,EAT,AND THEN IT’S OFF TO THE GYM FOR BIG SHOULDERS,FOREARMS,CALVESAND ABS.THEN 40 MINUTES LOW INTENSITY CARDIO.

I am offshore right now there isn’t any kind of equipment on this drilling rig. i will do cardio and abs. i ate pretty clean today. the worst thing i ate was tuna salad and 10 saltine crackers. it was either that or pizza.
