GOOD MORNING ALL,
ANOTHER GOOD START TO ANOTHER GOOD DAY. WOKE UP AT 5:30, BRUSHED MY TEETH AND DID 30 MINUTES LOW INTENSITY CARDIO. THEN ON TO BREAKFAST,I HAD 10 EGG WHITES AND 5 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT TOAST. TODAY I WILL TRAIN SHOULDERS AND ARMS.
