Back on track! Hey you guys, i am proud to say that i finally got the nasty eating out of my system. Thank God !!!!! I woke up this morning at 5am brushed my teeth and did 40 minutes cardio. I feel more concious about what I eat when I start my day in that manner. i I totally understand that the cravings won’t go away just yet. Anyway , enough about that, today is leg day. I’m keepin’ it simple today. 10 sets of 10 on squats. 10 sets of 10 on stiff legged deadlifts and 10 sets of ten on deadlifts.
