I AM STILL ALIVE. ALOT HAS HAPPENED SINCE I’VE POSTED HERE LAST. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE BIRTH OF MY SON. HE WAS BORN ON JULY 31st. HIS NAME IS KHYE. HE IS AWESOME. MY TRAINING IS GOING WELL. THE WEEK WE WERE IN THE HOSPITAL I ATE LIKE CRAP,BUT I AM BACK ON TRACK NOW. I AM WORKING WITH A NEW COACH / DIETICIAN. SHE IS AN IFBB PRO BODYBUILDER. I AM REALLY PUMPED THAT SHE IS ACTUALLY WORKING WITH ME. I WILL CLOSE FOR NOW. I’M STILL FIRED UP AND HAVE MY SIGHTS ON A TOP 5 FINISH IN THE 2008 JR. NATIONALS!!!

HEY GUYS AND GIRLS,
I AM FINALLY HOME AND GOT TO TRAIN IN A REAL GYM TODAY. TODAY WAS BACK DAY. I STARTED OFF WITH SOME WEIGHTED PULLUPS. I DID 4 SETS OF 6 WITH A 25# PLATE. THEN I WENT ON TO LAT PULLDOWNS ON THE HAMMER STRENGTH MACHINE. NEXT,I DID T-BAR ROWS FOLLOWED BY BARBELL ROWS. NEXT I DID PULLOVERS ON THE NAUTILUS PULLOVER MACHINE SUPERSETTED WITH REVERSE DUMBELL FLYES. I FIINISHED THE WORKOUT WITH 4 SETS ON THE REVERSE PEC DECK. IT WAS AWESOME TO BE BACK IN THE GYM.

TODAY WAS CHEST DAY. I GOT A GREAT WORKOUT IN. I HIT ALL FLAT EXERCISES. REGULAR,CLOSE AND WIDE GRIP BENCH,ALONG WITH SOME DB FLYES. YA KNOW OLD SCHOOL. I ATE PRETTY CLEAN TODAY. NO SIMPLE CARBS(ONLY 4 TABLESPOONS OF HONEY IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRAINING),2 PROTEIN SHAKES, EGG WHITES W/ OATMEAL 4 BREAKFAST. BOILED SHRIMP AND BAKED TILAPIA W/BROWN RICE 4 LUNCH AND TUNA ON WHEAT 4 DINNER. I WILL HAVE ANOTHER SHAKE AT AROUND 8 PM. THEN ANOTHER PROTEIN MEAL W/ NO CARBS AT AROUND 1030 PM.

TODAY WAS MY OFF DAY. IT WASN’T SUPPOSED TO BE AN OFF DAY BUT I’VE BEEN WORKING FOR ABOUT 30 STRAIGHT HOURS, I KNOW THAT I WON’T GET ANT QUALITY TRAINING WHEN I HAVENT RESTED. BE BACK WITH BETTER NEWS TOMORROW.

GOOD MORNING ALL,
ANOTHER GOOD START TO ANOTHER GOOD DAY. WOKE UP AT 5:30, BRUSHED MY TEETH AND DID 30 MINUTES LOW INTENSITY CARDIO. THEN ON TO BREAKFAST,I HAD 10 EGG WHITES AND 5 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT TOAST. TODAY I WILL TRAIN SHOULDERS AND ARMS.

Back on track! Hey you guys, i am proud to say that i finally got the nasty eating out of my system. Thank God !!!!! I woke up this morning at 5am brushed my teeth and did 40 minutes cardio. I feel more concious about what I eat when I start my day in that manner. i I totally understand that the cravings won’t go away just yet. Anyway , enough about that, today is leg day. I’m keepin’ it simple today. 10 sets of 10 on squats. 10 sets of 10 on stiff legged deadlifts and 10 sets of ten on deadlifts.

I FEEL BETTER TODAY. I FOUND SOME HOMEMADE DUMBELLS IN THE HULL OF THIS DRILLING RIG. I WILL DO SHOULDERS AND BIS. FOLLOWED BY 40 MINUTES OF CARDIO ON THE HELIDECK.

i am offshore with no iron. i hate days like this. i will be here for 4 or 5 days. i will do cardio & pushups, chins sissy squats, crunches. i cheated all day today. it was nice. back on track tomorrow

today is a new day, it is 4:40 am. i am about to have my first meal. then it is off to red’s 4 some quad training. after that is my simple carb meal w/protien, probably egg whites. then 30 minutes of medium intensity cardio, followed by ab and calve training.
