Maybe doing chest and back on the same day is overkill? If you're doing 4 sessions a week there is plenty room to do back and chest on separate days.

If your wrists and forearms are killing you, try to use straps on a couple of the back exercises. It's unfortunate to not get in proper backwork just because your forearms are shot and not able to hold on to the weight any longer.

Any Soy protien will work fine. Not sure about what tastes good but if you go to a Popeye supplements a lot of times they will let you taste it before you buy it. Try to stick with healthy whole foods and use the powder after a workout or if needed when you first wake up in the morning. Good luck.

Hey man, you should deffinitely try ISOPURE, protein. The powder stuff taste good, I personaly like the Alpine Punch.

The bottled stuff is even BETTER than the powder...its like a fruit juice, but a bit pricey. I switch it up between the 2 of them. If you go with a bottle of Isopure the Green Apple is good!

I hope this helps!
