Looking For: The BEST LACTOSE FREE WHEY PROTEIN
Yes, I’m an Asian boy who is lactose intolerant. Just a pinch of lactose into my food and I get bloated, uncomfortable and I feel really sick. This is very sad news because I read all over the place that Whey is the best source of muscle food.
Now, since most of you guys here have expert knowledge on the best products in the market, what would be the best (hopefully good tasting) lactose free whey protein?

Hey man, you should deffinitely try ISOPURE, protein. The powder stuff taste good, I personaly like the Alpine Punch.
The bottled stuff is even BETTER than the powder…its like a fruit juice, but a bit pricey. I switch it up between the 2 of them. If you go with a bottle of Isopure the Green Apple is good!

Any Soy protien will work fine. Not sure about what tastes good but if you go to a Popeye supplements a lot of times they will let you taste it before you buy it. Try to stick with healthy whole foods and use the powder after a workout or if needed when you first wake up in the morning. Good luck.
