Welcome!

Okay, started my workout on Wednesday and I’m freaking sore.  Today is Friday and I really dont want to workout but I am.  I’ve gotta.  I’m at work and ready to go home.  Need to put more healthy food at my desk, I’m starving.  I’m always starving when I go on healthy diets, sorry, when I eat the way I should.

    Yeah, if you’re going to eat smaller meals, more often, planning is needed. Eat the way you that leads to your goal :-)

    Working out when you’re still sore may leave you overtrained so you can’t put in a good workout, but you’ve made a good start.

    Good luck toward your fat-loss goal.
