Okay, started my workout on Wednesday and I’m freaking sore. Today is Friday and I really dont want to workout but I am. I’ve gotta. I’m at work and ready to go home. Need to put more healthy food at my desk, I’m starving. I’m always starving when I go on healthy diets, sorry, when I eat the way I should.

Yeah, if you’re going to eat smaller meals, more often, planning is needed. Eat the way you that leads to your goal
Working out when you’re still sore may leave you overtrained so you can’t put in a good workout, but you’ve made a good start.
