					<description>I agree with damien...we have to take things one step at a time. The important thing is that we are working toward our goals. And being consistent is hard sometimes but very necessary. You can do this!</description>

					<description>Welp, in this particular case it really doesn't matter which one is correct.  What matters is consistency.  If you're consistently losing weight on the bad scale then you're still losing weight regardless of what that weight actually is.  Stepping on a different scale didn't change a thing.  Finishing your half-marathon will.</description>
