SO I DECIDED TO….
Finally show all of Bodyspace my TRUE before picture (see my progress pics). When I signed up last year as a member, I decided there was just no way I would ever show anyone on here this picture. Not only did I find it embarassing but it brought back a flood of negative memories from that time in my past. Everytime I would look at the "old me" it reminded me of painful things I didnt want to remember. But now as I look at the "old me" I can’t help but feel proud. It took a lot of trial and error but I accomplished a lot since the year 2003.
I really love living healthy now. So much so that I became a certified Personal Trainer. I also do online training thru my website: www.Gemtimefitness.com
So to everyone out there who may currently be uncomfortable in their own skin, and who desires to transform their body, let me tell you that it is totally possible. Don’t give up on yourself and do not let yourself down. In the end, there are all kinds of things in life we cannot control; but working out and eating healthy is the ONE thing we CAN control.
And thank you to everyone on here for motivating me when I need it and for boosting me up when I feel down (you know who you are:)

Gemma,
glad you posted the true before picture as it is inspirational to see how far a determined person can go in changing themselves. My wife and I were amazed and it was especially powerful for her.
Thanks again and keep that positive mindset
