Do you have “I’ll start tomorrow” syndrome??

Okay, does this sound like you?: You are tired of being unfit and feeling down on yourself. So, you resolve to workout and eat right…starting tomorrow. Well, tomorrow gets here, and you’re running late for work, so you dont have time to pack your gym bag. You were so tired last night, so you went to bed and decided you will pack up a healthy lunch and snacks in the morning. But, now its tomorrow morning and you are in a frenzied rush to be on time for work. You feel overwhelmed and once again, promise to "start tomorrow". You carry the guilt of procrastination around with you all day; and all these negative emotions start to make you feel like giving up before you even start. You feel like you just cant do it!!

Listen to me, I used to be in this exact place in the past. It took a LONG time for me to finally take proactive steps to live a healthy lifestyle and to get a body I could be happy with. People look at me and say, oh you just have great genetics, its easier for you. This is not true at all it took a lot of hard work! If you are interested to see how i USED to look, please visit my website at www.Gemtimefitness.com and read my story. I truly hope I can inspire you to be the best version of yourself you can be!
