Hopefully I will remember to keep up on this. So I started the Adonis Index workout probably about 12-13 weeks ago, but due to various illnesses and injuries I’m only on wek 10. Its worked alright, haven’t really kept track of any measurements other than my weight so I can’t say if its done what is promised to do or not. I wish it had regular squats in it instead of dumbbell squats but oh well. The next workout I’m going to try is the University of Florida football conditioning program. I got it off the forums here and am pretty excited to try it out. I like that it has progression charts for my weights based off 1 rep maxes and everything. I think I’m also going to do the speed and agility stuff with it, but we’ll see how ambitious I get. Well that’s all for now, good luck with your routine.
