This weekend I had a body profile done at the gym I train at, my actual bodyfat percentage is 18.71%, so that is my actual benchmark, I had estimated it before but obviously was off by almost 2 percent. The weekend was good, was abe to control my appetite and not indulge myself even on my "Free Day". Ate mostly fruit and fibrous diet. I can see some improvements, weight is steadily decreasing, but that can be attributed to water loss.

Second day of routine and feel really great. I think that the aplodan is working to help promote the dormant muscle fibers because I do feel that I can push heavier wieght. I have been training in the evenings just because mornigs seem to be more difficult with th kids getting up.

I started my new work out routine and found that I really knocked myself out with it. I hit all my bodyparts with the basic moves, and then targeted my chest. I felt great! Felt like I had gotten the benefits of an isolated workout. Routine was more focused and efficient.
