Update
Thursday, February 19th, 2009ok so this is the first blog… i’ll be adding more blogs in the future. Ok so has my stats indicated i started at 280 last Jan 2008 all i wanted to do at that point is just convert everything to muscle… well i was able to do that and just be solid… however i wasn’t happy with the way i looked. Starting Jan 2009 i started doing cardio started on the treadmill (damn treadmill i hate it!) but it works… i’ve been able to maintain 20-30min of cardio at least 4x a week. I’m now down to 260. I’m still pushing to drop 10lbs by the end of this month… damn i gotta get with it!!
