Confused
I am becoming more and more interested in the bodybuilding lifestyle, however, I don't want to be a bodybuilder. I have lots of work to do but have limited time for workouts (1hr 30mins Mon - Fri and some saturdays). I know some of what I need to do is turn up the intensity in the weight room and on cardio. I don't have never been a supplement guy and don't know much about them. I'm afraid to take something I don't know about or would cause me longterm physical or sexual health problems.  I have a few questions though. 1) What are good supplements to help with pre-workout intensity? 2) How can I keep that post workout pump all day long? 3) What is the difference between hgh and hgc? 4) What are the differences between steriods and testosterone? 4) How are  any of these supplements harmful or beneficial to your physical or sexual health?Â
chicken, potatoes, pasta, protein shakes and eggs are my main foods I eat and are not that expensive when your cook all your food at home.
1) Superpump 250
2) You can't. The blood volume that floods the muscle tissue during exercise will go away, usually within an hour or so. Some of the pre workout sups like SP 250 or Gaspari Plasma Jet will help you retain a pump longer but other than for a contest, what's the point?
3) HGH is human growth hormone and I have no earthly idea what HGC is.
4) Steroids are synthetic test. It's the same thing.
Steroids are bad for your physical and sexual health and no one is talking about the over the counter supplements. They are legal (currently) and the FDA isn't requiring testing. This means the manufacturers are sure as hell not going to tell you if they have any long term negative effects on your body.
Read up and research whatever you decide to put in your body. Seriously.
