NO WEIGHTS FOR GAPHATBOI!!!
For a while I was thinking I’m out of the game do to Wrist Tendonitis in my left hand caused by damaged tendons. For the last month and half I haven’t been hitting the gym at all. I made an attempt to go light on the weights one day and that when all wrong. I damaged my wrist and thumb even more. Now I have to where a brace for the next four weeks.

Don’t worry, you will bounce back. I’m actually focusing on cardio more myself and letting the weights take a back seat for a bit.
