Hello, my name is Anthony "The Greek" Eliopulos and I am an NPC bodybuilder in the sunshine state of Florida. I started my contest prep back on May 31 in preperation for The Lakeland Classic on Sept 13, 2008. I also plan on competing on Sept 20 in the The Hurricane Bay (Tampa) and October 3 in The Southeastern (Orlando). I plan on frequently updating this blog so everyone can see how my training is going.
