First Night Back - Chest and Triceps!
It was great to get back to the heavy weights last night. My right brachioridialis muscle was feeling good as I got through my bench, incline bench, then incline dumbbell bench, and incline flies. It's usually the incline dumbbell bench that starts to give me problems with my 'brachi' muslce but I had my son spot me on those so it worked out really well. With him spotting me on my dumbbell workouts I was able to get an incredible upper chest workout and worked to what I call 'ultra-failure'.
  I was so exhausted after my later tricep work I could barely even hold my cell phone to my ear. I like that! This morning in the office I'm really beginning to feel the after-effects as my muscles are screaming for recovery. I love it!
Well, time to get to work. I'm ready for tonight's workout. Can't wait.

Awesome, you know you've put in a good workout when you feel that level of punishment.
that is wonderful! chest day is the one day that i really wish that i had a lifting partner, i love to have a good heavy chest workout but, alas, no partner and noone smart enough at the gym to know how to properly spot.

Morning, Greg! I must concur with our lovely Doc~LOVE the chest workout; must have good spotter!! That spaghetti feeling in the tris is the feeling of constructive damage~fantastic job!!
