I tried a couple 17-HD from a friend. WOW!!!! That stuff made me into a animal. I was lifting harder,heavier and faster than ever. I used fast twitch for a while and it help but not like 17-HD. I read up on it and looked at some reviews and of course they were all mixed, people love it and hated it with some in the middle. I havn’t been on it long enough to see any good gains but i will buy it to see what it does. If you want a good pump after a workout then this stuff is great. But it may not work for everyone and some people might get the wezzy or caffine rush. Me i just felt like a monster. Gave me the energy to workout and then some for the rest of the day. When i am on it for awhile i will post a blog letting everyone how it really worked out for gains.

So i was looking around the bodybuilding website and i found a page on ideal measurements. So i did it and it goes off your wrist size. Mine is 7.1".

Now i don’t really know if thats where i want to be all over. But it is a good start for some goals to atleast get to some of them. As you can see my forearms,thighs,and calves are right about on the money. But it is my upper body that needs some good work. I have seen some results so far my bodyfat went down about 1.5%. and my strenght has gone up also. I hope before long i will start to lose more body fat and inches of my waist. Then i will worry about more mass. But for now i and just concered about droping fat and gaining lean mass.

So i have been working 12 on 12 off. It sucks, i have about 4 hours to workout,plan my meals for the day,shower and take care of everything before work. Its pertty hard since im in the gym for about a hour and a half. Only because its really packed and have to wait for weights. Plus with such short of time i have to prepare my meals for the whole day. I thought about sleeping less but with me it has a huge affect on my lifting. So for the next to weeks life is going to suck

Well i have been trying to lose some pounds but its not really working. My bodyfat is about the same but i am still gaining. I guess it is the fact that i’ve been out of the gym for a while so i am building like a newbe. My body is changing thought so thats good. I guess its to soon to see. But aleast in a month i should be right under 200 and about 14 or 15% bodyfat. If not well i guess i’ll look at my diet and workout program.
