Need a spoon for my PB!!!
Isn’t that crazy just a few minutes ago standing in my kitchen thinking hhhmmm kinda hungry let me snack a lil. So I end up having a jar of peanut butter and some carrots in front of me and a spoon. Omg I could not stop, so for today I guess I messed up my calorie intake totally. Dang, this need to stop.
My workout week is good so far, but could be better. I need to push myself a lil harder and stay away from conversations in the gym. It’s robbing my time and I barely have time.
I need to take some more progress pics maybe this boost a lil my motivation and keep me away from snacking =]

PB is a weakness. I rarely have it in the house. I went about 9 wks without until July 10. Then I had a bit daily each a.m. on my toast while on vaction. Brought the remainder home, but have yet to indulge. Great job on the running - 3 miles in under 30 mins.!!

god so no where your coming from done that myself so many times too , still we all deserve a off day now and again ive learnt to have 1 day a week where i can have a little of what i really fancy seems to help me stay on track the rest of the week .

I love my PB…that is why I started buying the natural pb, leaves out all the sugar. I will have a couple of tablespoons for mid morning or afternoon snack. Keep pushing yourself.

I lived most of my life overseas and had never taste PB before I got to the states and first I hated it. Now since I tried Smart Balance I love it. I’m thinking about to kick it out of my house and never buy it again.
I have sometimes a cheat weekend and I hate myself afterward for that I ate all that stuff that’s bad. I’m still hanging on those lbs I gained through the 4th July weekend. =[

I finally found a way to eat peanut butter without needing bread. Its awesome
