Can’t stop snacking

It’s been over a week since I decided to let all my fat burners and fat transporters go and just try it on the natural way to lose my bodyfat. My eating got real bad the last few weeks, it started while I still was taken the fat burner, I constantly was eating, I never got the feeling of being full. I’m trying to control it and sometimes it works when I’m not around food but soonest I pass the fridge at home or the vending machine at work I can’t say no and really don’t know what I want to eat I just want to feel full. I don’t know whats wrong with me, I really don’t know myself like this. I even thought that I might be prego but I’m not. I hope this goes away soon before it becomes a habit.
I’m back running again and thinking about to change up a lil my routine. A lots of people say they lose more weight when they run after weight lifting. Well, I will give it a try.

yeah I might have that..lol….who knows what drugs were in those pills I took….sad part about it is that I dropped a few pounds the first week and then I started to snack on just everything that I gained weight while I took them pills.
