hello bodyspace members i have been away from here for a little bit because i have stared track and im trying to get ready for college and doin sports but i have started my cutting and saving cycle aka cutting fat and not losing muscle and either building or keeping my strength i have already lost that seven pounds of the 247lbs so so far so good.
IM Back....
Sorry you all i have been so busy lifting and school but made some great gains an weight loss as well i went from 305 to 250.1 and these past two week i am now at 248.4 and i am getting stronger and losing at the same time its like a miracle i cant belive it but its happening ill will be uploading pics in a couple of days.
is it a tall tale or not...
so i was talking to my work out buddy a while ago and i said i wanted to get shreaded and buff an cut an the works he said it would take time and i said a little but not 4ever he says what did you have in mind i said lighter weight and alot of reps he's like man thas a tall tale a myth an i really dnt think so im almost sure it its POSSIBLE! What do yall think?
