Good Evening everyone!

It seems that it is down to me and Ms. Shannon Ditmer in the contest to become Ms. World Physique October. As I stated before, I am just starting out in this business, and have no website, and have never been in any magazines. FAT WEEK 2009

August 25, 2009

Good evening.

I am three days past my last competition, which I placed 4th in Figure B Class Open. I am good with that for how my body looks this year.

Next year is a different ball game. I am currently enjoying fat week, eating whatever the hell I want as much as I please, but business time begins on Sunday night.

I am super excited. I want to pack on weight this year, and chisel back to 125 of pure muscle for next years season, in which I will compete in bodybuilding. Currently I am around 100 pounds, so I am going to  have to throw around 50 pounds on this year.. holy dog crap. I just want to get started. I have never dieted in the off season before, so this year’s results are going to be incredible.  Be watching my progress pictures.

Last night I checked my progress with my trainer.  Started talking about the offseason. I have decided to concentrate on light weight bodybuilding for next year. I am insanely excited. Everyone better look out.

13 days out

August 9, 2009

Sitting on my couch. Just got off shift. I am eating a Met Rx meal replacement mixed with ice cubes and a small bit of water and watching my cats spar with each other.  Last night could have been disastrous. I could have ate everything in a 10 mile radius. I didn’t however. I did have a piece of bread slathered in peanut butter. Very bad. Oh well. I am at the point where I am just pissed off and want to eat the **** out of everything all the time. Can’t mess it up now though. Only 13 days.  13 days is nothing. Right? If i mess anything up now, I’d be mad as hell. Besides, I go see my trainer tonight, and I made quite some progress this week, so I should be pleased with myself. I am not pleased. I always want better than where I am at. I need 230984 pounds of muscle, and I need to be more disciplined with my eating. I did every second of freakin cardio that I was told to do this week as well. So props to me for that, cause I hate cardio with a passion. BUT I DID IT DAMN IT. that’s right.

ok. I’m gonna finish this Met Rx because it is the most delicious thing I get to eat all day.

Here I am, ten days out from my first bikini contest. Last year I competed in figure and got third place, but I feel that I need to pack on muscle, so I am gonna compete in bikini in ten days, and then in five weeks get leaned out and do a figure show again.   Anyways, today was an epiphany day for me. Took a shower, got out, and admired myself in the mirror, and it is like my whole set of abs just came in while I was asleep last night.. I was amazed.. and pleased with myself. Of course I then felt I needed to do the measurements, and sure enough I dropped another inch off my waist, rounding out to a nice 23.5 inches.  Checked my body fat, and it is down to 13.7%.  Five weeks will be plenty of time to thin down for that figure show, and in the mean time I am feeling quite confident about the upcoming bikini contest. Just need to paint up my carcass brown, and throw on some drag make up and hooker heels and hopefully bring home a trophy!!

Work

Good Afternoon

I am sitting on my bed at work right now.. Just got done with a leg day at the gym. I am pleased with life that I can go to the gym and eat correctly while I am at work. The entire world should work on a 24 on 48 off schedule.

Feeling pretty confident about my figure show in 13 weeks, I am on the right track and my pants are getting too big already, and I just started dieting about four days ago. Got myself a bikini bottom yesterday for my bikini contest on July 18th as well… Need to get some of those crystals or nonsense to stick alll over them and save myself some money.

Shoulders tomorrow. One of my weak points, I really need to develop some bigger shoulder caps, but I can only keep eating protein like a horse and lifting and they will come along.

Time for sleep.

The beginning

Good morning.

As you can see by my page, I am en route to  a figure show on August 22nd.  On the way, I will be competing in bikini in Jen Hendershott’s All Women’s Weekend here in Charleston.

Today is my first day of hard dieting and lifting for these shows. I have exactly 3 months until the big show. I will be documenting my progress weekly and taking pics weekly. I am completely obsessed. The plan this year was to build muscle all year long, but alas, I got sidetracked, as I have really no support system to help me stay on track. Personal trainers are completely unaffordable for normal working peons like myself, so I am doing the best I can with what I have got and getting advice and help when I can from locals. 

I am hoping to put on quite a bit of muscle in the next three months, and a few months ago I played with my diet and lost 6 % body fat in about a week and a half, so now it is time to put the whole plan into action.

Over the next month and a half I will turn completely evil compliments of lack of delicious fat food and beer, which will be fun for the guys at the firehouse. They love it when I diet hard. ahhahahahha!

Driving the ladder truck today. I suppose I should get to work and go sign up for my EMT refresher, an aerial ops and pump ops course.  

 Feel free to leave me advice, but if you are going to try to push some stupid supplements or that sort of horseshit on me, then back off. I have my supplements and I am happy with them. I hate salesmen who act like interested trainers.
