Ok, On day 5 of eating clean
After another ankle injury and set back. I am starting over. WOW, I am so hungry. Eating every 2.5 -3 and on smaller meals. At first I was full, guess my body is getting used to it. I am also on day 5 of C E L L U C O R. I have lost some weight but do not feel it just yet. With the meal plan and low carbs, I am starting to feel sluggish. Thank god next week is the 2 low card and 1 high carb meal plan.

After losing 20 lbs in 50 days and working out 4-6 days, I tried BSN N.O.-Explode. It really supercharged my workouts and energy. I went from 45 minute workouts to 1 hour 45.
