After another ankle injury and set back. I am starting over. WOW, I am so hungry. Eating every 2.5 -3 and on smaller meals. At first I was full, guess my body is getting used to it. I am also on day 5 of C E L L U C O R. I have lost some weight but do not feel it just yet. With the meal plan and low carbs, I am starting to feel sluggish. Thank god next week is the 2 low card and 1 high carb meal plan.

Well, I finsihed the first day of the new meal plan. I was a little hungry last night before bed and that was after my Casein Protein shake. I will be obviously as I am cutting my food intake. I feel good today. I do not feel bloated or run down. Amazing what eating clean after one day feels like. Hardest thing is trying to eat every 2.5-3 hrs. Sometimes it is hard to get a meal in with my job, but did it yesterday.

Well, I went to a personal trainer and along with a workout routine he has suggested this 8 week diet plan. So, I am on my second day and dont feel all that hungry. I guess I will wait and see.
Meal 1
4 egg+2 egg whites
1 cup of fruit
1.5 ounce old fashioned oats
1.5 ounce of nuts
Meal 2
7 ounces of chicken
1 cup of fruit
1.5 ounce old fashioned oats
1.5 ounce of nuts
Meal 3
7 ounces of turkey breast
1 cup of fruit
1.5 ounce old fashioned oats
1.5 ounce of nuts
Meal 4
7 ounces of fish or tuna
1 cup of fruit
All eaten 3-4 hours apart.
There are some exchanges and freebies. I hope it works.

After two months off with moving and getting some what settled in England, I joined the local gym. DAMN is it exspensive. 100 dollars a month and it is no where as nice as the cheapest back in the states. I am realizing that the exchange rate is totally bull here. No reason why shit is so exspensive. Sorry, off my soap box.
Well my back flared up again a few months back and laid me up. It hurt to get out of bed most days. So, the gym I joined gives you a trainer and hopefully he can get me back in shape. I plan on going lighter, more reps and doing more cardio to speed the fat loss up.
Wish me luck and as soon as I get to do my free analysis I will post all updated stats.

HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just did the upper body workout today and let me tell you. I fyou think your in the least bit in shape guess again. This is not joke. Of course I couldn’t do every single thing and had to skip a couple of reps but worked all the way through. This was awesome. Better than doing cardio cause it would change.
You have to try it and add it to your routine to add some excitment.

Well after a long battle with my back and gaining a few punds, I am back in the gym. I hope that I can get back on track and shed this BF. Had two good workouts this week and did some cardio. I hope to shed about 20 pounds before summer and tone up. Unfortunatly, my work out partner moved to england for a job. So, I am in search of a new partner and motivation.
