squats 2xwu 1×6-8
stiff legged deadlift 2xwu 1×6-8
leg curl 1xwu 1×8-12
leg extension 1xwu 1×8-12
lying leg curl 1×8-12
leg press 1 x12-20
standing calf rises moderate weight to failure
my legs have got stronger and more defined every week sense doing this routine
extra info never do more than my recommended rep ranges if u feel u can do more dont bother just move da weight up next week
