This year has been one of the most pressing. A lot of growth and development though.
Working out has made it easier to firmly stand up for what I believe in and who I am. Small changes make it easier to have the courage to go on despite feelings of hopelessness and indecision. Being centimeters and inches closer to goals makes it easier to push harder.
Welcoming 2013 and whatever tasks and tribulations await me.

Your work ethic and desire definitely show in your results. You should be proud of your accomplishments to date as you are truly motivating for the rest of us. I look for 2013 to bring bigger and better things for all of us who put the effort out.
