Not going to lie and say I stayed away from the sweets. My core is always an indicator of if I cheat or not, agh. Can't wait for the holidays to be over so I'm not as tempted though.
Been doing leg press supersets and now I can sustain speed 9. YIKES! LOL. I wonder what the top speed is, I'll get there.

I at a lot of stuff this holiday too. I doubled my weight gain goal for December. These kinds of things fall off fast though. Any surge of eating is usually followed by an effortless weight loss. Any weight or fat gain that happens over a period of a few weeks can easily be lost in an equal amount of time.
