today i have my leg day too :) i bet i will train harder than you do ;)
For my hamstrings i do lying curls with six sets. I started with this 4 weeks ago and have made progress! (before i started i did 3 sets).

					<description>Thanks bro...I have gotten back in the gym myself after a lay off more a lazy off...lol..anyway i have cut my workouts down to one body part per week and really focusing on the cardio x2 per day am and pm anyway wanted to get your opion i really wan to get down under 10%, 8 would be nice. Don't really care how much I wieght..keep up the great work...</description>
