leg workout was a waste
Wednesday, January 31st, 2007My lunch workout plans were screwed when my 10 am meeting was pushed to 11. I was able to leave work by 2:15… But I had a 3:00 pm training session. So I barely got anything done. It was very frusterating. Oh well. today is back and biceps. And at least I will have plenty of leg strength for some heavy deadlifts!!!
