Well had a big time off , now it’s January 2008 just started again, I’m aching all over got a new goal get my body decent for Ibiza in June! watch this space.
Haven’t done much since july been injured.I did my back in at work but feeling better now gonna start again tomorrow,im going to do a four day plan mon, tues, and thurs, fri.
I know it’s going to be hard, but when I was not training I was drinking at the weekends more and eating junk.Got to do twice as hard as I did before!
Did mostly on my abs today trying a exercise with a gym ball. I thought it would be easy but wasn’t. I tried reverse squat lifting the barbell behind me instead of lifting it from the front .
Did a lot on my legs today, trying to get more out of my calves but now it’s the diet that im struggling with, cut out a lot of junk. But went out for a few beer’s last night so did more cardio aswell.
