try this p.h.a. leg workout. start off with toe raises 40 reps, go immeadiately to 30 reps squats with a somewhat taxing weight, next 30 reps shin raises, than 20 reps leg ext than 20 reps leg curls, than 20 reps rope pulls for abs than 25 reps than 25 reps leg raises on power tower. all this with no rest= one circuit. do as many circuits as possible. i did 10 circuits today.
