Morning workout today

I got a great tip from a bodyspace friend on how to workout my chest better.  I put the workout into practice this morning.  Got a really big pump in my upper chest which is my new target zone for chest workouts.  Thanks to my friend for thes great tips.

 I got to the gym this morning at 6am and had forgotten my shower towel, so I was forced to save my face towel for the shower.  All the guys in the locker room had these big towels and all I had was this little towel to hold in front of me as I walked to and from the shower.  Needless to say, the little towel did not quite do the job drying me off, as I am ringing out my face towel to continue drying off.  I think I willremember to bring my big towel from now on.  Hope all who read this get a good laugh.

Loving 24 hour fitness

I am loving my new membership to 24 hour.  I get the motivation of watching others workout and learning excercises they do just by watching. 

 Family went on a nice bike ride together last night and we had a blast.  The weather here has been a little cooler and we can tolerate going outside and having some fun.

New Membership

Last week I added a 24 hr fitness membership to my fitness plan.  I have been working out in the gym in our office basement for the last 2 yrs, but due to travel schedule I saw the need to get a membership at a real gym.  This will allow me to workout on the weekends when I am unable to during the week. 

 My motivation is pretty high right now.  I am determined to get the body I want.  I am pretty close, just need more bulk in the upper chest, more defined abs and add some bulk to my legs.  How do I get the upper chest?  I am already doing dumbell incline pretty regularly.  Abs is all diet and my diet sucks because I travel.  But I do try and eat fish when I am out on the road and think about what I am putting in my mouth, food that will build muscle or fat.

My pics are pretty old but I have really no way to take pics as I am always around people.

All is pretty good!

I am pretty happy with how I a looking these days.  I have lost as much weight as I would like, my bdy fat is down where I need it.  All I want to do is gain a little more muscle mass in my whole body.  Not too much where I look like a frogman.  But to just look lean, strong and, ahum…sexy.  I have been using whey protein, and I am thinking about switching to a Creatine drink.  If anyone has any ideas as to how I can reach my next goal that would be great.  I think I need to lift heavier and eat more.

Arrrrr!!!! I am so pissed I did not get to workout today.  That si just great.  I won’t be able to workout now until Wednesday. 

 Playing golf tomorrow with an agent.  Not really a form of working out.  I will try to do an ab workout tonight on the floor.  See if that hleps me feel better about myself.

I am so tired today.  I can’t seem to keep my eyes open this morning at my desk.  I am excited that I am not traveling this week.  That means I can get 5 workouts in this week.  I bought a dumbell incline bench yesterday and put it together last night.  I am hoping to use it on the weekends when I miss a workout or two during the week. 

I am really hoping the ab work I am doing will start to show more results soon.  I am seeing a ripple every now and then and my waist is starting to trim up.  But I really want the 6 pack.  Anybody got any ideas on how I can get it when I only have time to eat 3 meals a day.  I am only sleeping about 6 hrs a night and I think that is why I am so tired today.

 Hopefully I will perk up by noon for my lifting day down in the basement of my office where I work out.  It is a nice little gym with 3 elypticals, 4 bikes, 6 treadmills, and a stairmaster on one side and circut training machines and dumbell benches and weights on the other side.  I can get a lot done in an hour down there.  Plus the company pays for the membership.

Over this weekend I was not good with what I put in my body.  I ate cup cakes, drank soda, cookies, hot dogs (which were all beef, not so bad), and all kinds of fattening foods.  I am sure I will feel it in my workout to day (Monday). 

I want to get the rock hard abs six pack but I can’t seem to stay away from the bad food on the weekends.  Last night I was pretty good.  Pork chops, green beans, salad, potatos and 1 piece of bread and no dessert since I ate cup cakes at a birthday party my son was invited too. 

 Pray I can stick with the program during the weekends.  I do really well during the week and I am still maintaining my weight.  Just need discipline to get what I want.
