finished week 4 of biill starr’s 5 x5. I gained some good strength (bp-315 3 reps )and made some gains. Worth doing again, for bulking only.

Training has been good I fear I have been overtraining. I started a different routine Bill Starrs 5 X 5. I am going to give a month if I like it I will continue it 4 more weeks. I am not too concerned with getting stronger I just want that last 6 pounds of mass.

Boosted cals and macros up a bit to get better weight results. Will weight in the morning and post.
