Training has been good I fear I have been overtraining. I started a different routine Bill Starrs 5 X 5. I am going to give a month if I like it I will continue it 4 more weeks. I am not too concerned with getting stronger I just want that last 6 pounds of mass.

Boosted cals and macros up a bit to get better weight results. Will weight in the morning and post.

Training has been better this week. Really trying to focus on muscle building and not just pushing weight. (Thanks Mike)
